Northern Kings é uma banda finlandesa de symphonic power metal composta por quatro músicos já conhecidos: Jarkko Ahola da banda Teräsbetoni, Marco Hietala das bandas Nightwish e Tarot (banda), Tony Kakko da banda Sonata Arctica e Juha-Pekka Leppäluoto da banda Charon. O primeiro single, We Don't Need Another Hero, é um cover da canção escrita por Terry Britten e Graham Lyle, cantada por Tina Turner em 1985 no filme Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome.
